Nutrition management is key for chronic diseases like diabetes but many people are not able to get the support they need. I partnered with Diabetes Digital to provide virtual diabetes counseling sessions covered through insurance. I partnered with Fay to provide nutrition counseling for people who suffer from other diseases like IBS, GERD, PCOS, and disordered eating. Currently, I am in-network with Aetna and United Healthcare. Clients can share challenges and receive education and support for long-lasting results! I love reviewing labels and recipes with my clients through virtual sessions. Services are also available in Spanish!
